This programme recognises that living with chronic pain can have an impact on your mood. And, in turn, mood can also have a significant impact on your ability to manage chronic pain. This programme will help you to learn techniques to overcome and manage the symptoms of low mood and anxiety. You can learn about:

- Boosting behaviour - motivation, activity levels
- Challenging negative thoughts
- Managing worry
Space in Chronic Pain from Depression & Anxiety consists of ten modules that you can complete in your own time and at your own pace over approximately eight weeks. Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as interactive and engaging activities that will help you to manage undesirable symptoms and regain control.
